- Information we collect via the use of pixel tags in marketing emails that we send to you (where we have your consent to do so) to measure open, click through and read rates and allow us to improve our emails.
- Information we collect via the use of tracking links in marketing emails that we send to you (where we have your consent to do so) to measure click through and install rates to be able to evaluate how many users have downloaded the app.
Although some of this information (such as IP address) may uniquely identify your device, this information does not identify you personally. Some legislation (such as US and EU) may treat information that uniquely identifies your device as personal information.
2. Website Usage Information
When you use the Websites, we collect additional information from you by using persistent identifiers that permit identification of your device.
The information we collect includes: Website usage, including log information, thatlets us know how you use the Websites and the resources that you access (forexample, information about how and when you use the Websites, or what device youuse to access the Websites); and Characteristics obtained by your use, such as dataabout pages of our Websites that were viewed during your visit, any actions ormovements within the Websites and movements to/from the website from/to anotherwebsite, date and time, page response times, download errors, length of visits tocertain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs).
3. Classical Personal Information
When you request information using the Websites or contact us directly, we maycollect personally identifiable information about you that you provide us such as yourname and surname, email address and demographic information such as your yearof birth. When you voluntarily submit your ideas, cooperate in our contests and/orsurveys or otherwise register with Hooray Studios, we may collect additionalpersonally identifiable information about you that you voluntarily submit, such asyour telephone number, address, resume, job position, etc. When you pre-register forany new book and sign-up for marketing emails, we will collect your information thatyou submit in the pre-registration or sign-up forms, such as your name, your date ofbirth, your email address and your marketing preferences. We will use your contactinformation and other personal information only for the purpose for which youprovided it to us. We will not share this data with third parties other than thosedetailed in this Privacy Policy.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect from you for delivering our services and Websitesand to operate our business.We use it also for improving our services and Websites,for enhancing security and for analytics and research purposes to make sure weprovide you with the best experience. In addition, we use your information topromote our services, products, Books and Websites, for providing customer supportand for complying with our legal obligations.

- Delivering our services: developing, delivering and improving our products,services, and content, tailoring our products and services, determining yourage in order to decide whether you can pre-register for any new products orservices, enter into any promotion and to show you age-appropriate content,using your IP address to determine which country you are based to decide theage limit for the pre-registration for games depending on applicable laws,understanding and analyzing trends in connection with usage of the Websites,administering the Websites, and customer communications.
- Promoting our Books and Services: when you use our Websites we may promote our Books and other services, including new products.
- Analytics and research: Understanding and analyzing trends in connection with the usage of Website, auditing, learning about user behavior on the Websites (how often you use the Website, the events that occur on the Website, aggregated usage, performance data etc.). We are conducting surveys and online contests in order to improve our services andyou may freely decide whether you would like to take part in it or not. From time totime we may conduct an e-mail survey or an online contest and collect classicalpersonal information, demographic information, usage information and othermaterials that you voluntarily submit to us for the purposes of internal analysis,marketing and brand development. - Our video gallery providers: For some Websites we use YouTube embeddedvideo gallery in order to display our video content. YouTube may inaccordance with their privacy policy display contextual advertising in its videogallery.
- Our other service providers: We use third party service providers, such asSendy to send you marketing emails, where we have your consent to do so,and to measure open, click through and read rates and allow us to improveour emailing campaigns.
We may contract with additional Partners or change existing Partners in the future to perform any services in connection with the Website. These changes shall be updated twice a year or promptly in case of material changes in our data processing practices.
We reserve the right to disclose your information (including personally identifiableinformation) in response to law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from publicand governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence. In each case where we process your information, we do so lawfully in accordance with one of the legal bases set out under Data Protection Laws.
The legal bases that we rely upon are the following:

This covers information that is processed by us inorder to provide you with service that you have requested – and that we haveagreed – to provide to you, that is to deliver and improve our services, toprovide customer support and to process your information in relation to onlinecontests.

RETENTION

- For EU Countries and the UK We store personal information as long as it is needed for the provision of our services. Traffic information is erased or made anonymous when it is no longer needed for the purpose of the transmission. Cookies, and provision of value-added services information (including traffic information used for these purposes) is stored as long as the same is necessary for the provision of these activities, or up to the time when a user opts out from such use in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the “Opt Out of Analytics” and “Your Rights” section herein.
